Dill has been practicing law for over 20 years, and as a policy advocate worked to expand high-speed Internet to rural Maine, having sponsored the first-in-the-nation “dark fiber” law that helped create the renowned public-private Three Ring Binder project. Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Windsor and a Diploma in Media Arts from Sheridan College.Cynthia Dill was born in New York, grew up in Rhode Island and now is a business owner, award-winning civil rights lawyer and journalist living in Maine. While employed at Ubisoft Toronto, Dave worked on the bestselling video games Far Cry 5, Far Cry New Dawn, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, The Division 2, and Watch Dogs: Legion in multiple roles, including 1st Assistant Cinematic Director, Voice Director, Motion Capture Technician, Virtual Camera Operator, and Facial Head-Mounted Camera Technician. In 2020, with Cynthia Preston, he also produced the award-winning short film, Mute, based on the short story by Stephen King.
